Epic Star and Ivan is thorough, honest, fair and knows his stuff! We had hired a different company to do maintenance cleaning on our ADUs minisplits. When new tenants moved in (2 months) later they complained of a musty smell coming from the mini split in their bedroom and sent us pics of mold from inside the unit. I did thorough research and called many companies to give a detailed request of what I wanted (a deep cleaning). Epic Star, Inc did an amazing job and confirmed that it looked like no one had touched the unit for several years. Needless to say we feel deceived by that other company and we will be having words soon. I found the portal they use helpful, it provides updates of progress of service, pictures of before, during, and after cleaning. He took his time about 3-4 hours to do a complete and thorough job. Also his price structure is fair, he charged less for a deep mini split cleaning, than that other company did for a terrible maintenance job. Thank you Ivan, you have gained a faithful customer for life and we will be telling our friends. Thanks again!
